Oven-crisped Orange Chicken

      Title: OVEN-CRISPED ORANGE CHICKEN

      1    Egg; beaten
    1/3 c  Frozen orange juice concentr
      2 tb Soy sauce
    1/2 c  Fine dry bread crumbs
      1 ts Paprika
      3 tb Unsalted butter; melted
           Chicken parts
 
  Preheat oven to 375.
  
  Combine the egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce; stir to mix
  well. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and paprika. Put
  melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Dip chicken pieces in the
  orange-soy mixture, then coat with crumbs.  Place chicken skin side
  up in baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered
  for 50 minutes. Do not turn.
