      2 lb Powdered Sugar
      1 ts Cream of Tarter
      6    Egg Whites
      1 ts Vanilla or Almond Extract
 
  In a large mixing bowl, sift sugar & cream of tarter. Add egg whites
  and mix at very high speed. Beat till very stiff.
