Olive Curried-egg Sandwiches

      Title: OLIVE CURRIED-EGG SANDWICHES

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Hard-boiled eggs; coarsely
           - chopped
    1/3 c  Salad dressing
  1 1/2 ts Curry powder
     10    Olives; chopped
    1/4 ts Sakt
      8 sl Whole-wheat bread
           Butter or margarine; soften
           Tomato slices
           Fresh lettuce
 
  Combine egg; salad dressing, curry powder, olives and salt in a
  medium size bowl and mix thoroughly.  Spread bread slices and butter.
  Divide egg salad mixture equally on 4 of the bread slices. Top each
  with thin slice of tomato and lettuce leaves and place top bread
  layer on sandwich. Makes 4 sandwiches.  Formatted by Mary Wilson,
