      1 lb Dark brown sugar
      1 ts Salt
  1 1/2 c  Margarine; melted and cooled

      6    Eggs; slightly beaten
  1 1/2 c  Butterscotch chips
 
  Grease muffin cups.  In a large bowl combine the oats and buttermilk.
