      2 c  Butter
      2 c  Sugar
      2 c  Brown sugar
      4    Eggs
      2 ts Vanilla
      4 c  Flour
      5 c  Blended oatmeal, (blend in
           -blender to a fine powder)
      1 ts Salt
      2 ts Baking powder
      2 ts Baking soda
     24 oz Chocolate chips
      8 oz Hershey chocolate bar,
           -(grated)
      3 c  Chopped nuts

  Mix butter, sugars eggs, vanilla. Add flour, oatmeal, salt, powder,
  soda. Stir in chips, hershey & nuts.
  
  Drop  by large teaspoon fuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375
  degree 6 to 8 minutes.
