      7 oz Roasted peppers, drained,
           - patted dry, and finely
           - chopped (about 1/2 cup)
     16 oz Low-fat sour cream
      1 ts Minced garlic
      1 ts Salt

  ============== ==== == Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized
  bowl; beat with an electric beater on medium speed until thoroughly
  blended. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an
  airtight container until ready to use. NOTE: Great as a tossed salad
  dressing or veggie dip, and also good dolloped on cooked chicken or
  meat.
