      2 ts Light brown sugar
      1 c  Crushed tortilla chips
      6    To 8 hamburger buns

  medium-high heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain
  off the excess liquid. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the
  buns. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, until
  heated
