Mr. Food's Corn Seafood Salad

      Title: MR. FOOD'S CORN SEAFOOD SALAD

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
     30 oz Whole kernel corn
      1 md Green bell pepper, diced
      1 md Tomato, diced
      1 lb Cooked shrimp, peeled and
           - deveined, or 2 cans
           - (6 ounces each) crabmeat
    1/3 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Minced onion
    1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
      1 ts Salt
 
  In a large bowl, combine the corn, bell pepper, tomato, and shrimp;
  mix well and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the remaining
  ingredients; mix well and add to the corn mixture, tossing until well
  blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until NOTE: Serve on
  a bed of romaine lettuce and garnish with tomato slices, pepper
  slices, and onion rings. WITH ALL OF OUR SUMMERTIME ABUNDANCES WE CAN
