Title: MIDWEST MEATLOAF WITH CHEESE SAUCE

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2 lb Velveeta cheese,cubed
1/4 c Milk
2 ts Dry mustard
1 lb Ground beef
1/3 c Old fashion oats,uncooked
1/4 c Ketchup
1/4 c Finely chopped onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Stir cheese,milk and mustard in a small
saucepan over low heat until smooth.Reserve 3/4 cup cheese sauce.Mix
remaining 1/4 cup cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in a large
bowl until well blended.Shape into a 8 x 3" loaf in a 10 x 6" baking
dish.Bake 40 minutes.Serve with reserved cheese sauce.Garnish as
desired.
