Microwaved Sole Parmesan

      Title: MICROWAVED SOLE PARMESAN

      4    8-oz. sole fillets
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      3 tb Green onion; chopped
      3 tb Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c  Seasoned bread crumbs
           Paprika
 
  Arrange fillets on oiled microwave safe dish.  Combine mayonnaise,
  green onion,
  
  and parmesan cheese.  Spread on each filet.  Sprinkle with bread
  crumbs and paprika.  Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high power,
  2 minutes for each fillet. Do not turn fish.
