1/4 c Melted butter
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
-Dash of pepper

Saute seafood in butter. DO NOT OVERCOOK. For example, shrimp are
done when they change color to pink, about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove the
seafood. Brown the butter, add lemon juice and seasonings to it; pour
over seafood.
