Mellow Chocolate Frosting

      Title: MELLOW CHOCOLATE FROSTING

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 c  Powdered sugar; sifted
      2 tb Butter; melted
      1 ts Vanilla
    1/8 ts Salt
      3 oz Unsweetened chocolate; melt
    1/3 c  Milk
 
  Combine ingredients in order given in deep bowl, beating with a
  rotary egg beater until well blended. Place bowl in pan of cracked
  ice or ice water and continue beating until of right consistency to
  spread. If necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk or cream
  until of right consistency to spread. Makes frosting for tops of two
  9" layers.
