Mark's Soda Bread

      Title: MARK'S SODA BREAD

      Yield: 1 Loaf
 
  3 1/2 c  White flour
      2 ts Soda
  1 1/2 ts Salt
      1 c  Water or soymilk
    1/3 c  Vegetable oil
    1/2 ts Lemon juice
 
  Sift together dry ingredients.  Add the water/soymilk, oil & lemon
  juice. Stir until you have a sticky dough. Place in a greased baking
  pan & press down.  Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
