Marie's Baked Beans

      Title: MARIE'S BAKED BEANS
 Categories: Beans
      Yield: 30 Servings
 
 
        6 lb Small White Beans
        2 lb Brown Sugar
    1 1/2 c  Molasses
      1/2 c  Catsup
        3 lb Bacon
  :          Onions
  :          Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  
  Cover beans and let stand overnight. Do Not Drain.
  
  Add teaspoon Salt. Slice Bacon 1/2" X  1" thick. Combine in Large
  Roaster and bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 7 hours.
  
  Stir occassionally. Add Liquid as needed ( use a combination of Water
  and Catsup, Water and Brown Sugar, or Water and Molasses).
