      Title: JOYCE'S CASSEROLE

  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
      1 tb Oil
      1 cn Cream mushroom soup
     10 oz Frozen mixed vegetables
      2 tb Soy sauce
           Pepper to taste
      1 c  Onion, chopped
      2 c  Celery, sliced
    3/4 c  Water
      2 c  Cooked rice
      1 ts Salt
      3    Ox chow mein noodles
 
  Brown beef and onions in oil. Cook mixed vegetables in 3/4 cup water
  for 10 minutes. Mix meat, onions, mixed vegetables, liquid, soup,
  rice, seasonings and noodles in 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 25
  minutes at 350 degrees or microwave 10 minutes on reheat.
