      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Potatoes, sliced, raw
      1 lb Hamburger, browned
      1 c  Green pepper, chopped
      2 c  Celery, chopped
      1 c  Onion, chopped
      1 cn Mushroom soup
 
  Saute and drain the hamburger.  Layer the potatoes, celery, onion,
  green pepper, and hamburger in a 2 quart casserole dish. Salt and
  pepper each layer. Top with mushoom soup and bake covered 1 1/2 hours
  at
      350    degrees.
