      1    Broiler-fryer chicken --
           Cleaned --  cut up
      1 c  Cracker crumbs -- finely
           Ground
      5 ts Butter
 
  Place the chicken pieces in a pressurer cooker and cook for 20
  minutes. Remove the chicken and lightly bread with cracker crumbs.
  Melt the butter in a frying pan. Cook thechicken until lightly brown
  (about 5 minutes). Remove and serve at once. Walt
