      2    Or 3 Jalapeno peppers --
           Seed
           Chop
      1 lb SHARP Cheddar Cheese --
           Shred
      6    Eggs -- beaten
 
  Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan.  Cover with cheese. Pour
  eggs over cheese.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool
