Jalapeno Cheese Bites

           -The New Basics
      2    Jalapeno peppers, cored
           -seeded, minced
  1 1/2 c  Monterey Jack, grated (6 oz)
  1 1/2 c  Sharp cheddar, grated (6 oz)
      2 tb Cilantro, minced
 
  Combine jalapenos, and cheeses in mixing bowl. Bland well. Shape into
  3/4" balls, roll in cilantro. Chill loosely covered, 2-3 hours before
