Honey-mustard Garlic Dressing

      Title: HONEY-MUSTARD GARLIC DRESSING

      Yield: 1 Cup
 
      2    Heads roasted garlic
      2 tb Dijon mustard
  1 1/2    -2 tbsp mild honey
      3 tb Cider vinegar
    1/4 c  Apple juice, unsweetened
    1/4 ts Salt
           Black pepper to taste
 
  Squeeze the garlic puree from the skins into a blender. Add remaining
  ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning.
  Covered tightly and refrigerated this dressing should keep 4 days.
