      2 c  Olive oil
      8    Bay leaves
      4    Rosemary sprigs
      2 tb Dried red chiles (hot ones)
      2    Mashed garlic cloves
 
  Combine all ingredients and let stand covered for 24 hours. Decant
  oil and store in a cool dark place.
