Hearty Oatmeal Loaf

      Title: HEARTY OATMEAL LOAF

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Apple juice
    3/4 c  Water
      2 tb Honey
      3 tb Orange juice concentrate
  1 1/2 ts Salt
  2 1/2 c  - 1 T. whole-wheat flour
    1/4 c  Wheat gluten
    3/4 c  Quick oats
      3 ts Yeast
 
  Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker.  This uses the
  fresh-milk white/wheat setting on the Black & Decker.
