Hearty Egg Scramble

      Title: HEARTY EGG SCRAMBLE

    1/3 c  Chopped onion
    1/4 c  Chopped green pepper
    1/4 c  Butter or margarine
      2 md Potatoes, peeled, cooked and
           -cubed
  1 1/2 c  Julienned fully cooked ham
      6    Eggs
      2 tb Water
      1 ds Pepper
 
  "Hearty Egg Scramble is a filling and flavorful dish. The ham and
  potatoes are comforting additions.  The cost for this dish is
  estimated at $.94 [per serving]."
  
  In a large skillet, cook onion and green pepper in butter until
  crisp-tender.  Add potatoes and ham; cook and stir for 5 minutes. In a
  bowl, beat eggs, water and pepper; pour over ham mixture. Cook over
  low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
