Harvest-time Fruit Salad

      Title: HARVEST-TIME FRUIT SALAD

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 c  Walnuts, chopped
      4 c  Apples, quartered, sliced>>>
           Thin.  Peel if desired.
  1 1/2 c  Celery, chopped
      6    Red lettuce leaves

MMMMM------------------DELICIOUS SALAD DRESSING-----------------------
      1 c  Thick sour cream
      1 tb Sugar
      1 tb Lemon juice, strained
        pn Salt
           Sprinkle of white pepper
 
     In a medium bowl, combine walnuts with apple slices and chopped
  celery.
   Add enough salad dressing to moisten the ingredients. Just before
  serving, spoon salad mixture onto salad plates covered with washed
  and drip-dried crisp lettuce leaves.
  
     DELICIOUS SALAD DRESSING:  In a small bowl, combine sour cream,
  sugar and lemon juice.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill,
  covered, for about one hour.
