Grasshopper Parfaits

    1/2 c  Heavy cream
      1 tb Granulated sugar
      1 pk Cream cheese -- softened
  1 1/4 c  Sweetened condensed milk --
     14 oz Can
      3 tb Lemon juice
      3 tb Green creme de menthe
           Liqueur
      2 tb White creme de cacao
           Liqueur
     12 ea Cream filled chocolate
           Sandwich cookies -- coarsely
           Chopped
 
  In small mixer bowl, whip cream until soft. Add sugar; beat until
  stiff. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually
  beat in sweetened condensed milk. STIR in lemon juice, and liqueurs.
  Fold in whipped cream; chill 20 minutes.
  
  Do not stir. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tablespoon cookies and 1/4
  cup filling. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookies. Chill 4 hours.
  
  Variations: Coffee: substitute coffee flavored liqueur for creme de
  menthe. Brandy Alexander: substitute 1/3 brandy for creme de menthe.
  Orange: Omit creme de cacao and substitute 1/4 cup orange liqueur for
  creme de menthe.
