Fish Marinade

      Title: FISH MARINADE

      2 c  Chablis wine
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 ts Salt
      2 tb Creole mustard
    1/2 ts Ground cayenne pepper
 
  Mix all ingredients together and stir well.  Use as a marinade, Then
