      Title: EGG BREAD

    3/4 c  Milk
      2    Eggs, large
      3 c  Bread flour + 2 Tablespoon
  1 1/2 ts Salt
      3 tb Butter or margarine
    1/4 c  Sugar
      3 ts Red star active dry yeast
    1/8 c  Wheat germ
    1/8 c  Bran
 
  Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.
  
  Place all ingredients in bread pan. Select light crust setting. Press
  start.
  
  This recipe works in our B101 Hitachi.  It makes a good sandwich
  bread. Other machines may use slightly different proportions.
