           -OR- any EDEN food beverage
      1    Ripe banana
      1 c  Strawberries or blueberries
           - fresh or frozen
    1/8 c  Maple syrup (optional)
 
  Blend all ingredients until smooth. You can also pour into popsicle
  molds and freeze.
