East Meets West Chicken

      Title: EAST MEETS WEST CHICKEN

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
     24    Chicken drumettes
      1 tb Dry Vermouth (may substitute
           -orange juice for vermouth)
    1/2 ts Ground ginger
    1/3 c  Soy sauce
      2 tb Honey
    1/3 c  Water
 
  Place drumettes in skillet.  Mix remaining ingredients and pour over
  chicken.  Simmer slowly for 40 mins, drain wings and refrigerate for
  24 hours.  Serve cold or at room temp.
