      1    Round steak; cut serv. size
      1 ts Oregano
    1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
    1/4 ts Pepper
     15 oz Tomato sauce
      1    Onion; sliced
 
  Flour meat, blend remaining ingredients, except onion. Put meat in
  crockpot, top with sliced onion, pour on sauce. Cover, cook on low 6-8
