Cottage Cheese Filling

      Title: COTTAGE CHEESE FILLING

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Sieved cottage cheese
      2 tb Minced chives
      2 tb Grated onion
      2 tb Minced parsley
           Salt and white pepper
 
  :    Mil together all of the above ingredients and season to taste
  with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerater, as this mixture does not
  keep very well. Makes 1-1/2 C
  
  Variation; Substitute cram cheese fot the cottage cheese and proceed
