  1 3/4 c  All-purpose flour
      2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 tb Sugar
      3 ea Egg yolks; beaten
      4 tb Melted butter or oil
  1 1/2 c  Milk
      3 ea Egg whites,; beaten until
           -stiff
    1/2 c  Cornmeal
 
  Mix all dry ingredients together.  Mix wet ingredients together and
  combine with dry ingredients.  Do not over mix. Carefully, fold in
  beaten egg whites.  Cook according to your waffle iron instructions.
