      3 tb Shallots; mince
    1/4 c  Red wine
      2 tb Dijon mustard
    1/2 c  Chicken stock
      2 tb Chives; chop
 
  Spray pan with cooking spray. Saute shallots for 1 minute. Add wine,
  mustard and stock. Cook 5 minutes to thicken. Add chives. Source:
