Chocolate Peanut Butter Log

      Title: CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER LOG

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      3 tb Peanut butter
    3/4 oz Quick-cooking oats
      2 ts Unsweetened cocoa
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      2 tb Plus 1 1/2 tsp water
      3 ts Sugar or equivalent
    1/3 c  Non-fat dry milk
 
  In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place mixture
  on wax paper and shape into a log. Roll up wax paper and chill in the
  refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
