3 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/3 c Chopped onion
3 lb Broiler fryer cut up; skinne
1 tb Salt
1 c Hot water
1 ea Chicken bouillon cube
1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Cold water
8 oz Sour cream or yogurt
2-3 t paprika
Saute' onion and chicken in butter until golden.
Blend in paprika. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water, add to
skillet with salt and pepper. Simmer 35 to 45 minutes till chicken
is tender. Remove chicken from skillet. Dissolve corn starch in cold
water, blend into yogurt or sour cream. Stir into skillet and heat
through. Good served with noodles or dumplings.
