Brown Beans & Rice (M_c-tx)

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Cooked brown pinto beans
           -plus 1/2 cup bean juice
      2 c  Cooked rice
      1 lb Hamburger, browned
           -and drained
  1 1/2 c  Grated cheddar cheese
      1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 ts Salt
           Optional:  onions and green
           -peppers, sauted and cooked
           -with meat
 
  Mix all together.  Bake at 350  about 30 minutes or until bubbly, use
  2 quart dish.  Serve hot with corn bread and a green salad.
