      2 oz Apricot kernel oil
      1 oz Sunflower oil
      1 oz Jojoba oil
      1 oz Rice bran or oat bran
      6    Drops essential oils of
           Lavender or rosemary
 
  Heat plant oils together.  Mix in bran and essential oils. Stand on a
  large towel and gently rub mixture into the skin in small, circular
  motions. Work from the toes to the neck, avoiding the face. Rinse in
  a lukewarm shower, without soap.  Give a blast of cold water and
