    1/2 c  Celery, chopped
    1/4 c  Onion, chopped
      2 tb White vinegar
      1 tb Tomato paste
      1 tb Soy sauce
    1/2 ts Ground ginger
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Combine all ingredients in blender of food processor. Process until
  almost smooth.
