Beef & Vegetables Over Noodles

      Title: BEEF & VEGETABLES OVER NOODLES

     12 oz Round steak,1/2" thick strip
      1 tb Olive oil
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 c  Broccoli,flowerets & stems
    1/2 lb Mushrooms,sliced
      1    Onion,small,sliced
      4 tb Beef broth
      3 tb Reduced-fat sour cream
     12 oz Wide egg noodles,cooked
 
  Brown meat in oil in large nonstick skillet, 2-3 minutes. Add salt and
  pepper. Remove meat. Add broccoli, mushrooms and onion to skillet. Add
  broth as needed to prevent sticking; cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Add
  beef; heat through. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over
  noodles.
