Rubarb Relish

      Title: RUBARB RELISH

      Yield: 10 Cups
 
      5 c  Rubarb,diced
  3 1/2 c  Sugar
      1 c  Cider vinegar
      1 ts Cinnamon
      1 ts Allspice
    1/2 ts Cloves
 
  Combine everything in a pot and bring to a boil,simmer uncovered for 1
  hour.Stir often.Place in canning jars (Mason Jars) and seal. Great
  with Ham or other meat dishes
