      3 c  Ready-mixed flour
      7 tb Shortening
      1 c  Milk
 
  Sift flour, measure, and sift.  Cut in shortening with 2 spatulas. Add
  milk.  Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead lightly and pat into
  sheet 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured cutter. Bake in hot oven (450ø
