      1 ea MEDIUM ONION (FINELY CHOPPED
      1 c  MAYONNAISE
    1/4 ts THYME
    1/4 ts BASIL
    1/4 ts ROSEMARY
    1/4 ts SAGE
    1/4 ts MARJORAM
      8 oz SOUR CREAM
      1 lb CRACKERS OR CHIPS
 
         In a mixing bowl, mash avocado. Add onion,
       mayonnaise, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage,
       marjoram, and sour cream. Mix well. serve with
       crackers or chips.
       Yields 2 cups.
