      1 pk (8oz) cream cheese,
           Softened
      5 ts Milk or enough for spreading
           Consistency
      1 c  (4oz) shredded mild cheddar
           Cheese
    1/4 c  Finely chopped apple
    1/4 c  Finely chopped walnuts
    1/2 tb Sugar
    1/4 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 ts Nutmeg
 
  Combine all ingredients until well blended. Makes 10 to 14 servings.
